Hi, I'm Robert. I've been programming and solving digital usability and customer contact problems for over 20 years — work that started by modifying software to help older members of my local Rotary Club read their screens and run their businesses without physical strain.

But my real education in what a broken trade website actually costs came from the other side of the screen.

I spent years as a head chef and kitchen manager. The service continuously monitors customer-contact reliability and notifies you when issues are found, along with clear fix guidance your existing developer, or any developer of your choice, so they can focus on what they do best: implementation.

How do you work with my developer or web agency?

I act as a technical ally to your team, providing a jargon-free blueprint they can act on immediately. Instead of vague complaints, you get details on what's wrong and what it could be costing you, and they get a checklist of exact repairs with simple to follow instructions. This saves developers hours of research and allows them to deliver a better product to you without the friction of learning a new specialty.

Do I need to learn another dashboard or software platform?

No. Reachable Websites is a managed service, not a software platform. After a few onboarding questions, setup, monitoring, reporting, and account management are handled for you. If an issue is found, you receive a report. There are no dashboards to configure or monitor yourself.

If a problem is found, you receive a plain-language report explaining:

Will these technical changes affect my site's design?

How much of my time will this take me?

Almost none. Once you provide your website address, I handle the entire inspection from start to finish. You don't need to be in meetings or on the phone. You simply receive the final report by email and can review it whenever you have 10 minutes between jobs, or I can send it directly to your developer saving you even more time.

Should I fix contact barriers before running Google/Facebook Ads?

Absolutely. If your site has usability and contact barriers, you are likely paying for "wasted clicks" — customers who click your ad (costing you money) but immediately leave because they can't navigate your website or use your contact forms. Do I need to give you my website passwords or logins?

No. Monitoring is performed on the live version of your site, just as a customer or Google see it. I will never ask for your passwords, hosting logins, or access to your private business data.

If you don't have a regular developer, you can use this report to get accurate, fixed-fee quotes from any web developer of your choice. It prevents "scope creep" because the developer knows exactly what they are fixing before they even give you a price.

Are you going to try to sell me a new website or SEO plan?

No. Reachable Websites is a managed monitoring service, not a web design agency or SEO company. Reachable Websites is strictly about identifying customer-contact issues before they cost you calls, leads, or customers on your existing website. I have no hidden agenda to sell you a rebuild or an expensive monthly marketing contract.

Is monitoring really worth paying for?

How long is the monitoring report and how will I know what to fix?

The monitoring report shows the top items ordered by importance. This way your developer will know what issues to fix first and so each report isn't overwhelming. When an issue is fixed then the next most important issue will show in it's place on the next report.
